Welcome back, Satellite Sleuths! After the excitement of our previous challenges, it’s time to embark on “Satellite Sleuths: GPS Challenge #3.” This round, we’re taking you to the eastern part of Kansas. With minimal clues and a new rule, this challenge is sure to test your true sleuthing skills!

The Challenge

A single satellite image, a mysterious location in the eastern region of Kansas – that’s all you get this time. Are you ready to unravel this geographical puzzle?

The New Rule

  • No Image Search Engines Allowed: You cannot use image search engines to find the location. However, you can use text-based search engines like Google to search for descriptions that match the image, like “forest near a mountain and river.”

How to Participate

  1. Analyze the Image: Keep an eye on our blog for the satellite image release.
  2. Research Wisely: Use descriptive searches to aid your hunt. Remember, no reverse image searching!
  3. Find and Post the Coordinates:
    • Navigate to the contest post on our blog.
    • In the comments, paste the GPS coordinates of the location you’ve identified.
    • Add your name or username.
    • Click ‘Post Comment’ to enter.
  4. The Glory Awaits: The first correct entry wins. The winner will be announced on the blog.

Remember

  • One entry per participant.
  • Accuracy matters – ensure the coordinates are exact.
  • Posts on social media do not count; only comments on the blog.

The Prize

The reward remains the same: bragging rights and the title of Satellite Sleuth!

Are you ready to prove your skills in the most challenging round yet? Keep your eyes on the blog and let the ultimate search begin!
